Aaliyah joins the Installation Team to support our Assessors, Installation Team and Customers during installation projects. She has previous administration, customer service and sales experience and is keen to get stuck into her new and varied role. Her kind and caring nature is already shining through as she meets our customers on the phone and we are loving her extensive stationary collection which helps keep her organised and on track! She loves crafting and spending time with her little dog Daisy, who I’m sure will be making an appearance in the office if we can get our paws on her!

Nikki joins the Customer Service Team to support our Customers and Engineers with servicing, repairs and general enquiries. She has a wealth of experience working in the care sector and in demanding diary scheduling. She’s super bubbly and friendly, and has picked up the booking process in no time. She’s truly hit the ground running and already feels like part of the Simply family, like she’s been with us for years. Nikki is also a top-level bowls player in her spare time and we look forward to cheering her on in her upcoming matches and tournaments this year!
