SIMPLY SERVICE ENGINEERS
Simply’s Service Engineers have the skills, experience and technical expertise to service and repair your moving and handling equipment. Our engineers complete disability awareness, dementia awareness, safeguarding, and equality, diversity and inclusion courses, enabling them to have a greater understanding of client needs. So far this year, ‘communication with Simply employees’ has been rated as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ by 100% of our clients.
Our engineers receive regular technical updates and training, ensuring they are up to date with all aspects of servicing and repair.
Simply Asset Management (SAM)
Simply Asset Management (SAM) allows complete peace of mind that your equipment is being used to its full potential by providing reports to help your future budgeting and equipment control. SAM can assist with full replacement programmes allowing priority replacement at multiple sites. A SAM programme is completely unique to your facility as every customer is an individual, we find that a 'one size fits all' approach isn't sufficiently effective.

An example of SAM and how this enabled an MBC in the North of England to budget for the replacement of equipment, prioritise their units and reduce spikes in spend.

SERVICING AND REPAIRS
Our office team will contact you when your service is due and will make an appointment at a time most convenient for you.
Appointments can made by a variety of methods to suit client needs.
Our engineer will service the product, complete a condition report and ensure that all aspects of the product are functioning safely and correctly.
All checks are completed following manufacturer’s guidelines and conform to Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).
If faults are identified, the engineer will repair the product. Our fully stocked vehicles allow any faulty parts to be replaced immediately.
Technical support and on call engineers are available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Simply use secure customer relationship management software. Our customers are given access to this software, enabling them to view all information relating to their contract including any updates regarding work completed.
